(BPT) – Good news on the climate front: there are now about 400 upcycled products sold in the United States, according to the Upcycled Food Association. Using upcycled ingredients in packaged food and beverages helps reduce food waste and can eliminate some of the harmful greenhouse gas emissions from the food supply chain.
